STATISTICS - THE ATTACK OF PSG, NEVER SEEN AND RECORDS TO COME?

By scoring six new goals on the Rennes pitch in the 1 / 32nd round of the Coupe de France (1-6), PSG have already scored 95 goals after 28 matches.
With 3.4 goals scored on average per game since the start of the season, PSG can rely on an attack in great shape. Around Mbappé, Cavani and Neymar, trio become the MCN in the French capital, the Parisian club often leaves only crumbs to his opponents. The Stade Rennais is only the last collateral victim of a massacre game with an offensive power out of the ordinary.

The Breton club is already the 7th team to see PSG score at least 5 goals since the beginning of the season. Before him, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Metz, Celtic (x2), Anderlecht and Angers had suffered the onslaughts of Paris. By managing to score five goals and more eight times in 28 days, the PSG holds the record at this stage (in 28 games). The previous record before Paris was 7 times for Barcelona in 2008/09, 2010/11, 2011/12 and 2014/15 as well as Real in 2011/12 and 2014/15. The Catalan club has also managed this performance 13 times in 2014/2015, a season concluded with a league title, a King's Cup and a victory in the Champions League.
